  2. Build a mind-body bridge so you can actually feel what’s happening, when it’s happening
  3. Create a tool box of breathing and mindfulness techniques that you can effectively apply so you can drop into healing mode at will
  4. Implement your mind-body connection to stimulate proprioception, wake up your deep core, and boost your balance, so you can improve stability, stamina and strength without getting deeper into pain.
