The Spring Session starts May 5th and ends June 30.

*All Yoga classes are being offered in a hybrid format – both in-person and virtual enrolment is available.

  • Mondays 5:15-6:30pm Mixed Hatha
  • Thursdays 10:15-11:30 Gentle/Adaptive Yoga
