  1. Hey Barb, I just listened to the first episode of the Couch Quitters Club.

    Very nice start, capturing the essence of the way ahead!

    Already a member of Barb’s Yoga Community and doing the pilot of Walking to Wellness, I think this podcast will serve to generate more interest in those programs.
